Ingredients
- 1 cup Peach, fresh or canned mashed
- 1/4 cup Ariston Summer Peach Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. Honey
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic crushed
- 1/4 cup Ariston Thyme Infused Olive oil
Directions
1. Combine Ingredients in a resealable zip lock and marinade overnight.
2. Drain Chicken Breasts and sauté until chicken thoroughly cooked.
3. Let chicken rest and serve over wild rice
