Curry Chicken Salad

  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, chopped or shredded
  • 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c. red or orange or yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp. mild mustard or hot mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. Ariston Garlic Olive Oil
  • 3 tsp. Ariston Curry Olive Oil
  • 3 tsp. Ariston Mango Balsamic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper


Grill the chicken breasts then leave to rest. In the meanwhile, chop the celery, peppers and slice the onions. Then mix in a bowl the mayonnaise, the mustard, the Ariston Garlic olive oils, Ariston Curry olive oil and Ariston Mango balsamic. Add salt and pepper. Chop the chicken breast. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
