Now that’s what we call Chinese spring rolls with a Greek twist! The Mediterranean version of a tasteful finger food that always seems to please guests. Once you feel the Ariston Oregano olive oil, you will see the difference.
- Clean the shrimps and discard the tail and head.
- Add into a bowl the peppers -diced, the fresh onions-diced and the dill. Mix together and add salt and pepper with Ariston Oregano olive oil.
- Open the fyllo crust, cut into 4 inch slices add the mix and roll.
- Put into the freezer for an hour.
- Remove and fry it in a lot of oil until it gets to a golden color.
- We served the dish with a nice sweet chilli sauce.
