Flavor Profile: Sweet with very light pungency and a thick consistency. Tasting notes of raisins, plum, and some smoothness from Oak Barrels.

After trying other Balsamic vinegars, I tried this one and fell in love with the Flavor… Very Sweet and thicker then others!… I believe it is all in the aging process that makes this a wonderfully sweet and yummy product. I’ve been the hit of many dinner parties because of this “secret ingredient” When I tell folks what I put on the Salmon or sliced tomatoes I say balsamic vinegar, and they can’t believe that’s the only thing I used. I’ve been trying different balsamic vinegars for years, but done looking now! Just wish it came in a bigger bottle!

The advantage of this is low calories, rich flavor, gluten free and down right natural. Customer service is the best, shipping is amazing both time wise and safety of product. I’ll add my 5-star rating to all the others. I’ve tried many balsamic vinegars which were good, but when I found this one I stopped looking anything better. My first order of 6 bottles lasted about a year, and I just received my second. I have nothing but good things to say about it, and so do my dinner guests.
